Sports Intelligence Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and respond to inquiries from clients (leagues, media companies, teams) on a day-to-day basis.
  • Produce reports that provide intelligence and convey stories based on Sports Poll and other custom Sports Group studies.
  • Assist with the development of new client deliverables that make our data more accessible and help grow our business.
  • Responsible for quality control of projects, including checking survey programs, coding, crosstabs, data files and client deliverables.
  • Maintain project-specific schedules and monitor timelines.
  • Document project processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and EVP of Strategic Intelligence on client communications.

Position Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in market research, business, data or analytics, statistics, sport management, psychology, sociology, anthropology, mathematics, economics or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in another research role. Experience in market research with sports or entertainment is preferred.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with both team members and external clients.
  • Desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with renowned industry professionals.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics is required, multi-variate analysis and more sophisticated statistical analysis desired.
  • Fluent in Office suite products including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SPSS or other statistical software desired.

Corporate Audio Visual Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Audiovisual (AV) technicians set up and run the sound, lighting, video equipment used to conduct live events such as meetings, sports games, business conventions, and concerts. They mix soundboards, play video recordings, program lighting, coordinate graphics, run power points, record the audio/video, direct the video by switching cameras, etc. AV technicians must be able to work days, nights, and weekends because they support events that take place during these times.
AV Technician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set Up Audiovisual Equipment

The primary job of AV technicians is to set up and install media equipment such as LCD projectors, speakers, TVs, video monitors, and cameras. They also set up additional support AV tools like equipment racks. Additionally, they complete electrical wiring, programming, and basic construction. AV technicians sometimes set up and alter room arrangements including tables, seats, pipe/drape, scenery, lighting, and stages according to blueprints, layout diagrams, and schedules.

  • Engage Customers

While performing on-site work, AV technicians must provide outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with their clients. Great technicians mentor newer peers to provide a high level of customer service. They use strong communication as a tool to keep project progress moving forward and put event coordinators at ease.

  • Conduct Quality Control Analysis

AV technicians skillfully run video, audio, and signal testing. Their responsibility is to guarantee their clients a high-quality experience. Technicians ensure all connected systems operate at peak performance. When issues arise, they troubleshoot and adjust the AV system as required. AV technicians use objective analysis to spot issues and eliminate them before an event.

  • Operate and Troubleshoot Sound and Video

A key duty of AV technicians is to execute a flawless event from a media standpoint. The most successful technicians problem-solve and handle equipment malfunctions well, even under pressure. They focus on making sure their systems are working properly. When something goes wrong, AV technicians troubleshoot without showing concern to customers.

AV technicians are enthusiastic individuals who can follow instructions and work well with a team while installing video, lighting, and audio systems.

Sports Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

The Sports Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing creative and administrative support in developing and executing communications materials and development campaigns. In this role, the coordinator will collaborate with program personnel, create and execute email and social media campaigns, create marketing materials, assist in writing content for the organization’s website and social media. This role will provide support for all communications including giving and marketing campaigns. This position will be an active member of the team and play an important role in growing the brand and achieving marketing and giving goals.

Work with the Vice President to manage the strategic and creative design and content of communications activities and materials including website, social media, video production, media relations to increase awareness across all programs and initiatives

  • Define and act as the organization’s Brand Ambassador by effectively telling Legacy’s “Story.”

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a communications or development position

  • Experience using various platforms such as Canva, Google Drive, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere

Marketing Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the marketing operations team to prepare, credit and analyze promotions and campaigns for all online gaming brands.
  • Pull and manipulate data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance and distribute them to relevant internal stakeholders and/or external partners as appropriate.
  • Test new promotional mechanics in the promotion engine and report on the end-to-end user journey.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing and/or online gaming operations role.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally, including virtual teams.
  • Experience with building promotional programs for digital product.
  • A passion and curiosity for online gaming.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
